- Availability, minimum order, sample status, tooling, packaging work, production or dispatch assumption, freight scope, duties, destination charges, and quotation validity.
A proposal that changes an attribute is recorded as an alternative rather than silently treated as compliant. Final technical, regulatory, clinical, legal, and commercial approval remains with the buyer and relevant qualified parties.
